Who we are

Solstack Studio ("we") runs this website. You can reach us at nikos@solstackstudio.com or at Rizari 16.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, website address and anything you write in your message.
• Emails and calls: what you send us when you get in touch directly or book a call.
• Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We collect this only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and to carry out the site check or work you asked for.
• To run our contracts with clients and agency partners.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.

We never sell your information.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your information because you asked us to (for example, to reply to your message), because we have a contract with you, or because you gave consent (for analytics cookies).

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, with its advertising features switched off, only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to run the website and our work: analytics (Google Analytics), call booking (Calendly) and our email provider. They may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on the safeguards they provide.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last conversation.
• Client and invoice records: as long as the law requires.
• Analytics data: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email nikos@solstackstudio.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
