Questions
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. The website is yours, and you can edit it yourself. A monthly care plan is there if you'd rather we look after it.
What support do I get after launch?
Every website includes 30 days of free support after launch. If anything we built doesn't work as it should, we fix it for free, and we'll help with any questions about editing your site. After that, monthly care is optional.
Should I use a template or a custom design?
A template is faster and costs less: we adapt a proven design to your brand. A custom design is built around your business and helps you stand out. We'll recommend one with your quote.
Should I choose Webflow or WordPress?
Both work well. Webflow is fast, secure and simple to edit, with no plugins to keep updated. WordPress suits sites that need an online shop or particular plugins, or teams that already use it. We'll recommend one with your quote.
Why not build it myself with a template?
You can. We save you the time, and we set up the parts that bring in clients: page structure, working forms, inquiry tracking, SEO basics and speed.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. Webflow and WordPress both let you change text and images yourself. We show you how at launch.
Who owns the website?
You do. The website and its content are yours. If you ever decide to leave, we hand everything over.
